Inspections and Estimates
Severe weather damage can cause costly problems for your home; Keep it protected and call us for a free inspection or 24 hour emergency services!
For most property owners, their Home is one of their largest investments, if not their largest. The roofing system is the one of the most important components that protects the Home and all of their valuables underneath it. Therefore, most homeowner’s insurance companies recommend that homeowners inspect their roofing system and property once a year or after a storm. Since it can be quite dangerous for homeowners to inspect their own roofing system, it is recommended that a trusted professional do a thorough inspection of your property as well as an on-roof inspection. Our inspection team is HAAG certified, the industry standard in storm damage assessment, and therefore qualified to properly assess any wind, hail, or other damage your property may have sustained. At GTW Construction, we offer a free 25 point roofing inspection to all of our clients that not only includes looking at your shingles, but also your decking, underlayment, accessories, flashings, ridges, valleys, ventilation, fascia, soffits, drip edge, skylights, chimneys, as well as any other soft metal that may have been affected. Once our inspectors finish with your roofing system they then begin to look at the rest of your property to see any other collateral items that include but are not limited to; gutters, siding, windows, doors, garage doors, trim, painting, lights, porches, patios, and other any personal property(Mailbox, grill, tables, etc.) that may have been damaged. Once our team finishes with the exterior of your home we can then proceed to inspect the interior of property to help identify any possible leaks and document all of your interior damages as well.
Throughout the inspection our damage assessors will take a large quantity of photos to help you document your damage, as well as measurement to ensure that you are paid in full for all of your damages, as well as lots of notes for anything that will be needed to ensure that your property is restored to either pre-storm condition or better. This is a guarantee that we offer all of our clients because our motto is to treat our client’s home as if they were our own.
If during our free property inspection our assessors do not find any storm damage that your insurance carrier will reimburse you for, our team will be happy to document and note any non-storm damages such as wood rot, pest damage, etc. and put together an estimate to repair these damages as well.
